Windsor Ridge is an established Spokane County neighborhood of 92 custom homes located in in the picturesque Morningside area. Our locale offers majestic views of both Washington and Idaho mountains to the east, and grazing lands in the distance. And, our neighborhood park in Galaxy Court is a dedicated off street play area for your children to enjoy. The Windsor Ridge Board of Directors emphasizes that children at play should always be supervised for their safety.
Additionally, Windsor Ridge is located close to nearby shopping, restaurants, and schools. Our neighborhood streets are directly on bus routes for schools in the prestigious Central Valley School District. The schools serving Windsor Ridge are; 1) Sunrise Elementary School, 2) Evergreen Middle School, and 3) Central Valley High School.
Shopping is conveniently located to Windsor Ridge along the Sullivan Rd and Sprague Ave corridors, and Liberty Lake to the east. The Spokane Valley Mall shopping area is a mere 5.0 miles from the front door of our residents. And, downtown Spokane is only a quick 20 minute drive away.
